ServiceNow is hiring a Sales Financial Analyst for its corporate finance hub in Hyderabad. Operating within an AI-native product environment, this role sits at the intersection of commercial sales operations and core corporate accounting. You will take complete ownership of complex month-end and quarter-end financial closing schedules, specifically focusing on multi-product enterprise contract revenue allocations across internal business units. The accountability demands cross-functional alignment with Deals Desks and Sales Ops to track enterprise contracts, execute exhaustive data-quality audits on sales commission structures, construct monitoring frameworks for operational activity, and write data-manipulation queries to parse massive billing tables.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience (an MBA in Finance is preferred but not mandatory).
- 3+ years of professional experience operating within a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or Sales Finance domain, with a strong preference for backgrounds inside public enterprise software (SaaS) or corporate technology companies.
- Proven competence managing structured month-end and quarter-end closing routines, with specialized knowledge of revenue recognition metrics and cross-divisional revenue split calculations.
- Strong hands-on SQL engineering skills to independently extract, clean, structure, and manipulate relational data tables from enterprise repositories.
- Advanced, expert-level proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel to build complex financial projection models, audit formulas, and reconcile high-volume operational metrics.
- Direct experience configuring or consuming interactive financial analytics and transaction summaries across BI suites like Tableau or Power BI.
- High attention to detail to execute meticulous data validations, transaction reconciliations, and internal sales commission calculation audits.
- Ability to build strong, cross-functional partnerships with key teams—such as the corporate Deals Desk and Sales Operations—to isolate custom enterprise transactions requiring tailored accounting treatment.
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI-powered productivity tools, automated workflow triggers, and machine learning insights into finance processes to eliminate repetitive manual overhead.
- Superior verbal and written communication patterns, strong problem-solving instincts, comfortable handling ambiguous corporate data points, and the capacity to deliver high-quality outputs under minimal guidance.
